SERIES OVERVIEW In 2027 the United States Government suffered an extensive economic crisis, known as the Red Scandal. Rumors of political figures aligned with the ideals of the Communist Party, who used their influence in an attempt to lay the foundation for America to become a satellite state began to spread across the world. Soon after the rise of this Scandal America saw the formation of the American Anti-Communist Civilian Military, or AACM, who saw as their mission the eradication of all things communist now tainting this “once great nation.” As the scandal rose higher and higher up the chain of command, so did the risk of war. Then August 29, 2035 President Jeffrey Stannard was assassinated, by a group of AACM members gone rogue. With America unsure of its future and the threat of the Soviet Union on the horizon, the nation was more divided than ever. America II is a Political Action Adventure series set in an alternate universe where the Soviet Union never fell.
