New Discord Server: Shatter the Glass Ceiling

A social and professional channeled server

• Safe space for women looking to get into or area already in male dominated careers to connect with one another in real time

• Get quick answers to our questions, and hopefully find a few friends along the way!

• Share work selfies, post work issues, and get reminders for union meetings, classes, or work related conferences

Some long term goals for this server include so far:

• Invite career recruiters of different fields, foremen, and others to do a Q & A for selected times/dates.

• After all this Covid crap becomes manageable, planning a meet up at a Women's Convention or something similar.

• Build a list of contacts for those looking in joining a specific career
