The Dilbert TV series was far funnier than shows like south park or family guy, and it never had to insult its audience's intelligence nor force its humor or message down anyone's throat. Dilbert also never tried to brainwash people with any political or social agenda. It was just good, clean, high quality, comedy fun. Dilbert had a short run of just 2 seasons, so it managed to remain consistent its quality didn't decline over time.
The Dilbert TV show's humor is centered around office culture, corporate absurdities, and the challenges of working in a bureaucratic environment. This focus provides a perspective on everyday situations that many who have experienced an office environment can relate to. The show's humor was more subtle and didn't rely on fart jokes, racism, or other cheap forms of shock value.
