Simply sign the payment in XUMM and your tip will be sent to the recipient. Note: if the recipient does not have the appropriate trustline established on their XRPL account for the token you are trying to tip, you will receive a message in XUMM notifying you that your tip is in the pending queue until such time as the recipient has set up the required trustline, or 24 hours passes at which point your tip will expire from the queue.
